This client was celebrating his 40th birthday at a venue that was a bit musty and dusty before we got our hands on it. We provided a florist, built a bar and provided bar staff, made a cloakroom area and provided someone to check the coats. We created both hot and cold canapés and had a team of waiters and waitresses to look after everybody.
